Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) The McKenzie Method
Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) The McKenzie Method.
McKenzie approach is to evaluation mechanical effect of loading spine with repeated movement to figure out the direction in which radiating pain decreases as well as reduction of structural deformation is achieved.

Adjustments/Manipulation
Spinal Manipulation by Chiropractor uses a comfortable dynamic thrust to a vertebral segment that has a functional subluxation to restore normal function.

Adjustments or manipulation could be accompanied by an audible sound caused by joint cavitation (release of oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide), that is, a change of pressure within the joint. Spinal manipulation rarely causes discomfort, occasionally minimal aching or soreness reported in the surrounding muscles that only lasts for a short time (12-48 hours) and resolves on its own.
