Spinal Decompression (Lumbar and Cervical Traction)
Spinal decompression is a non-surgical therapy that can provide pain relief caused by degenerative disc disease, disc herniation, disc bulging, sciatica and arthritic pain of cervical and lumbar spine.

Spinal decompression is a state-of-the-art therapy that starts with gentle distractive force and gradual increase to a precise calculated force unloading cervical or lumbar spine. Distraction could be continuous or for most cases intermittent with cycles of stretch and relaxation. The goal of spinal decompression is to unload or decompress the disc by decreasing intradiscal pressure using traction. The stretch and relax helps to facilitate transfer of nutrients, fluids and oxygen to the disc.
